One of the corn LED lamp inside the globes, near my father home, with two LED out

I yesterday found that two of the LEDs in this lamp out, meaning that this lamp is EOLED.
It was dim from the beginning, probably because of the 12V AC that supplied to the globes.

I had to look at the picture for a minute until I understood that I saw the lamp through a painted glass.
Two LEDs failed on such a corn lamp won't make a perceivable difference in luminous output. If other 20 LEDs have failed it would be a problem though.

This isn't a painted glass, but a dirty plastic.
The cover of the lamp itself is clear plastic.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230V, 50hz country.
