For those that don't know, McCann Lighting isn't a real company. It's just a fake brand using my last name to express my lighting ideas! Imagine if all these T17s were actually made! BLB T17s, PINK T17s! PURPLE and RED and GREEN and GOLD and ORANGE! and 100W and the super rare 36" F65T17 lamps were all made! O_O Now, I blue F65t17 is something to see! O_O

BTW, the 3G13 marked on the drawings of the lamps is my date code system for lamps, fixtures, ballasts, ETC. the 3 means the third week (the first 7-day week is the first week in this code) the G means July, and 13 is 2013. I drew the lamps today so i used the date code that is for this week, the third week of july 2013. 8-)

Thanks guys. The colored lamps come standard with colored ends and the regular lamps have the option for it, which is called "ColorCann™". Joe on this site gave me the idea to use colored ends for the standard lamps. The daylight lamp in the spec sheet has standard silver ends but a ColorCann™ daylight lamp would have light blue ends similar to the theme color of this site. 5000K lamps would have a lighter shade of blue. Cool white would have white painted ends, 3500K lamps have a slight almond tint to the end caps, and warm white lamps have a strong almond color to the end caps.

All of our BLB lamps have black ends, red lamps have red ends, orange have orange, gold have yellow, cool green have green, blue have blue, violet lamps have purple end caps, and pink lamps have pink ends.

To resist is to piss in the wind, anyone who does will end up smelling.

I'd rather take the idea into something like this

The "general purpose" lamps have shiny color caps like those of Altos, but on the 2 green lamps the color will be light tint and not full color to prevent confusion with actual Altos
/30 red
/35 brass
/41 warm green
/50 cold green
/65 silver (uncolored)
/80 blue

The "color" lamps, except for few, have black caps similar to Westy lamps, but the caps are not exactly black but very dark tone of a color and is opaque (not shiny)
/RED dark red
/ORANGE dark orange
/GOLD dark brass (yes shiny but dark)
/GREEN dark green (can make 2 differentr lamps for warm and cold green)
/BLUE dark blue
/VIOLET dark violet
/PINK dark pink

And the "special purpose" lamps
/BLB by default silver (unpainted), or use up excess stock of any other color in few rare batches (no confusion possible since the lamp itself is black)
/BL lamps with light violet end caps
/ActinicBlue with light blue end caps
/Germicidal lamps with yellow end caps diagonally striped with black stripes
Any VHO lamp if available only in 1 color, with bright orange end caps
