It is an oldie! My guess is 40s. There are some guys good with dating bulbs on here.

Welcome Bluevan! Glad to see another fluorescent collector here! I'm one of those who can date lamps. DieselNut is correct that it is from the 40s, mfd 3/47 to be exact. Nice!
