@ DieselNut, all of these flicker bulbs were from 10 socket strings and there was around 6 or 7 strings that were packed in a plastic bag and I got quite a good deal on those just before this past christmas at the local salvation army store around a few bucks so I didnt passed this up! I took the bulbs out of the 10 socket strings and had an empty 25 light string that i removed the C-7 bulbs from and put those in parts bins(this string had some transparent pink bulbs on it!)Found the string on a curb side junkpile a couple summers ago. I had found nearly half of the neon bulbs were EOL'ed and some broken ones and thought I try them out on that empty 25 socket string.

Long live the great old 20th century quality in electrical & lighting products!
