Here I have finished most of the work on this. Louver blades stil need to be glued in to the frame and a few touches are needed. The frame joints will be glued and screwed permanently as well. Looks sharp i think!

A math error of mine has resulted in 11 blades instead of 13. But its all good.

I still have yet to make the last 2 covers like this. They are also T12 friendly

What do you guys think of this ? I have about 12-14 hours invented in this total

I didn't notice the missing louveres. Is the frame made of wood?

Yup!, I had picked up some 4 foot wood from lowes, they were the perfect width as is and they just needed a little cut off the ends. The endplates of the frame are sheet metal as well as the blades.
The louvers blades are all there, but my design called for 13 of them but i calculated wrong when measuring the spacing and ended up with space for 11 blades. The shortness of the blades also allows light to be more wide spread

Wow, very nice! Are you going to leave it with a woodgrain pattern or are you going to make it metallic?

Any machine is a smoke machine if you operate it wrong enough.
