Yes that is a T5 sized tube on the right, unfortunately my phone camera over exposed them.

Notice the middle tube says "Fluorescen" I must say that NEC quad-phosphor tubes are awesome, I'm going to replace all the tubes in my house to NEC including the two circlines I already have installed in the entertainment room.

Is quad phosphor the next level up from tri? Having a CRI in the 90 s like 965 or 950

Good question. I do know they give off a nice, pleasant white colour that feels natural. SEE HERE for the website. They are made in Japan.
