EG&G/H&P SS-125 and Flash Technology (FTCA) FTB-205-9 High Intensity Obstruction Lights

Pile of some of my old obsolete FTB-205-9 strobes and SS-125 strobes, most of these 205-9s were custom made at the time they were made in the early '90s, and there are no documentation on these. They didn't even have a revision number on the reflectors or decals. All of the 205-9s are dated late '91/early '92.

All of the SS-125s are EG&G branded with Hughey & Phillips decals slapped on them, all dated '96 and '97. The SS-125 replaced the SS-123 in the late '80s. The SS-125 for a short time was replaced by the SGF-60 in the early 2000s by Honeywell after they acquired Hughey & Phillips, and then Hughey & Phillips discontinued the second revision SGF-60E and went back to manufacturing the SS-125 in 2009 after buying back from Honeywell since Honeywell had a number of law suits from the original SGF-60 because they were not compliant with the FAA and they never worked correctly.

Light them all up at once.

Any machine is a smoke machine if you operate it wrong enough.

They're close to working order, they just needed some new capacitors, the transformers rewired for 120VAC, new (right) fuses, and I was waiting on getting a spool of actual Flash Technology cable which I have now. I got lucky that none of the 205s had bad flashtubes, these were relamped shortly before being replaced from the looks of it.
