The Philips SON Pro 70W Belgium lamp at Zevulun/Kiryat Frustig, cycling

The Philips SON Pro 70W Belgium lamp at Zevulun/Kiryat Frustig, cycling

I've went to this lantern, to capture a complete cycle of this lamp, when the thermal cutout is open, and indeed it began a cycle shortly after I went it. Despite made in Belgium and not in China, this lamp took 6 min instead of the usual 4:30-5 min for the bi-metal to close.
As this lantern don't have its cover, I had a clear view of the lamp, so I wanted to see if after the thermal afterglow of the arctube disappears, there is a 230V discharge inside the arctube like the Osram NAV(SON)-E 70W/I have, since these Philips lamps never restrike from plain 230V when they cycles, and indeed this discharge appeared, but for some unknown reasons, it was partial, and appeared only at the right end of the arctube and not all over the arctube.
