Got two boob refractors from some weird ceiling fixtures.. Got a PAR worklights Jefferson electric T17 90-100 watt ballast a single mogul socket and two T17 starter sockets. The T17 fixture was absolutely vandalized and not worth dragging home. I took the one surviving socket.

Nice finds!

Don't be fooLED, T8 IS the worst thing to do to a magnetic T12 fixture.

I really like the quality on the work light... I also like that it takes PAR lamps and not those linear halogens... I only wish the cord was longer.

Nice! The T17 starter sockets are probably the hardest to find T17 fixture part, I guess along with the mogul bi pin sockets too. I think the ballasts still show up from time to time on eBay along with the lamps.

Are the starters themselves rare? Because the starters for this were no where in sight.

T-17 starters do appear on eBay. Does your ballast require the 2 prong or 4 prong starter ? As for the work light, you could always disassemble it and install a longer cord .

It's a two prong luckily.... And good idea I didn't even think of dismantling the work light.. I wanna put a super long cord on it.

I put a longer cord on my work light. It was very easy to do.
