Isn't this one with Cadmium mixed glass envelope or am I incorrect?

Pretty, please no more Chinese failure.

Shine some U.V. light on it from a Wood's Glass lamp like a HPW-125 Stan. If it glows a greenish yellow then it is URANIUM glass!
I assume the powder inside is not a phosphor.
Nice to see you have the set Stan, both the RVY 250 and this RVY 400. You know a collector is serious when he collects the while set!

Manufactured articles should be made to be used, not made to be sold!

Inside is magnesium orthophosphate phosphor, the same as in types RVL or RVL-B types. RVLG = flurogermanate, but export lamps only, RVL X = YV phosphor. I am sure, that it is not an uranium glass, because the color (U glass) is a little greenish.

Thanks for all the Tesla codes. Pity I'll never have many Tesla lamps!
