Hi Stan -very nice lamp you have here. Are you sure it was made in 1935-6? Info from my German litterature indicate that Osram introduced its first self-ballasted lamp not before 1939, and it was the same model shown here except that it was first offerd in clear finish. The diffuse inside-etched version appeared only the following year so as to adress the issues of high glare and of proper color mixing.
