I didn't look at the pins on the bottom side. The glass was intact on both, though.

I like my lamps thick, my ballasts heavy, and my fixtures tough.

It look like some one scrap pile. If it was me i pick lamps up and the whole metal pile with it.

No LED gadgets, spins too slowly.  Gotta  love preheat and MV. let the lights keep my meter spinning.

They may be new but just broken pins. One time I see a whole case of new F40s tossed out over a few bent pins.
