These are actually Cooper OVH lights, the smaller version of the OVF. This version can support up to a 250W lamp.

On unrelated note, the bucket on the left side of that electric pole is a current transformer for metering the power consumption. Note that both the transformer on the other side and the line continuing further into the fenced area both feed of the output of the CT

Apparently they have multiple transformers on the port that are metered through this point

Line is 36kV i think
