Found at Party City. Uses Xenon tubes. I think it is disappointingly dim when turned on.

It should flash like a stroboscopic xenon flash lamps, when turned on.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

The light it made was a more of a blue-purple-white, rather than the pure white of camera flashes.
It also has a flash frequency of .65 Hz.

How much did you pay? If this is only 1.5 watts, then there must be some sort of regulation. Also, different fill types and drivers will make it seem dimmer than if the lamp was a cam strobe.

Try to take a photo of it flashing on, I'd like to see the purple bluish white colour

Don't sweat about the low flashing cycle rate

Also the package looks very much 90s/2000s style and saw that the lamp was made in July 2K15

I will give LEDisease a taste of my shoe

I have one of these too...not very impressive...my 90's era Radio Shack strobe light is much better. Though it might be fun to replace a light bulb in someone unsuspecting victim's table or ceiling lamp with one of these screw-in strobes for gags, LOL.

I'm lampin...
