it's the opposite it won't even fire. It's like the put too much in and no gas to complete circuit

T12/ t17 there's a reason they made heavy magnetic ballasts

Me either. I love these GE lamps they have nice industrial white color. I had to dig deep to find them. I plan to test the all. Im going to find something glass and sealable to store this murcury
