Nice find! This looks like a “California wattage” bulb designed to replace a 60 watt bulb. California began the incandescent bans one year before the rest of the US, so this line of incandescents was created. I’ve never seen one of these 57 watt bulbs out my way in SC.

Philips DuraMax and GE Miser forever!  Classic incandescents are the best incandescents!

Stop the lamp bans!

Yes, this one is made in Winchester VA Made sometime shortly before September 2010 when that factory shut down. I’ve seen these California wattage bulbs made in Mexico, too.
