Put this up to replace the 50w mercury shoebox. The fixture is a Patriot Lighting "warehouse light" from Menards, and the photocell is a Woods box mounted photocell. The lamp is a "Luminus LED" 20w 2700k, also from Menards. It's rated at 2200 lumens so it should be brighter than the 50w mercury shoebox.
It's not dayburning here, it was just switched on immediately before the picture was taken and so the PC didn't have time to shut off.

Nice! Why did you take down the shoebox? Wanted to use the ballast for something else?

Thanks! I took down the shoebox because we are trying to "re-decorate" everything and make the house and garage look nicer. The shoebox didn't really fit the rest of the garage.

Nice, I like these fixtures. Home Depot has a few of these style barn lights. What would be cool is if they would offer radial wave lights, some places sell them online but they're way more expensive than what you get at a home center.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

Yeah a radial wave light would be cool to see sold in stores. A real radial wave generally has a ~22" diameter reflector though, so I'm sure they'd shrink it down some.
