Found in a busted floor lamp on the side of the road. I quite like whatever the oily looking glittering coating is.. There is a code on the base "J6C"

It's called iridescent finish. I have a bunch of these. They are F-15 shape and last 2000 hours

I think GE called their version the Auresdescent finish, a really classic old GE lamp design from the 1980s. They also made globes and plain candles but the effect works better on the F-shape bulbs.

I think the code J refers to GE-Jiabao Lighting, their joint venture factory in China, and the date is 6C / March. Not sure they were really still in production as late as 2016.
