This is just one shot of over a dozen GE M400s located on the entrance into property which is currently being demolished to make way for a new condo development and it is very likely that these fixtures will be removed. I believe these fixtures still hold MV lamps and were relativity well maintained until around a year ago when the power to them was cut.

Yeah I believe these were MV all the way until the end. The site is pretty interesting too. It used to be the IBM Canada manufacturing facility and headquarters until the early 90s. Yeah I'm not sure how much time these have, hopefully they're still there when Corona blows over. Not only is the site getting redeveloped with new condos, they're in the midst of building a new transit line in the area.

That's a bummer, I used to pass by this site every day on my way home but haven't in the past two months due to the lockdowns.
