These cobra heads seem to be used to spot replace some of the older fixtures in this alleyway. Toronto Hydro still widely uses these cobraheads.

Proudy suffering from "Westinghouse Lifeguard Disease" since 1977! LOL
There's no known cure for Westinghouse Lifeguard disease, so the only way to treat it is to find more!!! LOL LOL LOL

Lol nice , they were called Landmark until the 2000s. I think they might have switched around the same time Thomas and Betts took over Powerlite. I have a late 90s Landmark 175w MV NEMA that looks pretty much like a AEL Series 11. I should probably post a picture of that.

Anyway I believe the 115s are used to spot replace failed Viscount and Holophane RSL bucket lights that used to light the alleyways. I'm not sure what they used to light the alley back it the MV days. If the note on my 175w Crimefighter is correct, they might have used 175w MV Crimefighters to light the alleyways back in the MV days.
