Old Murcury vapor floodlight

Old Murcury vapor floodlight

This lights up a parking lot in a park, I dont think it works anymore since there is a new LED floodlight right above it. Does anyone know the model or year? (This is my first post sorry if I cant provide much info)

Interesting light, no idea who made it though. I'd guess it's 400 watt and originally had a 400w R-60 flood lamp in it .Rather old looking remote ballast hanging next to it . You gonna try to save it ?

Looks to be 250 or 400 watts.

A got the feeling whoever owns it is not planning on taking it down anytime soon but if I see it being removed ill definitely try to save it.

I've seen these around before too. Most are usually not longer in use but I think I spotted this one still working.

It looks to me like a HERO LED 200w fixture, especially if the driver is mounted on the lower back externally. I bought a few of these for stage worklights a few years back and they were well built.

Edit: on second thought maybe not, the HERO units had two releasable clamps each on the lower and upper section to hold the front glass to the gasket on the body. I don’t see that here. In addition the reflector was not smooth either.
