I saw this display a while back at an intersection in Toronto. There was a description of the display written on the control panel which explained that 33 of cobra heads that were installed had been fitted with multicolored LEDs, 2 with HPS and 1 with MH. I did some research and found out the installation cost around $250 000. Ill post a link to the streetveiw in the comments below.

Half of that $250K probably went to the "artist" that designed this. Cool to see an installation of cobraheads like this, but man they'll call anything art!

Interestingly enough one of the streets it's on uses 200w HPS 125s as the streetlights.
