Updated, thanks for the info! Never really had any Westy lamps at all and never got familiar with dating them. I did however guess this to be from the 1970's or so just based off looks

Nice! I see even the small medium mercuries Westy made had the light phosphor coating at the tip of the lamp. Thought only the BTs had that lol.

The light coating was the first thing I noticed when it came in, I have a picture on here of it lit up and you can really see the arc tube, more in person than in the photo though. It's an awesome lamp for sure, the seller was selling these as a lot of 8 but I managed to get him to sell them separately
