What is the difference between CWI and CWA ballasts? CWA is Constant Wattage Autotransformer, what CWI means?

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

CWI means it basically a transformer that have no direct. Electrical comnetion to mains and the lamp. Contant wattsge isolated

No LED gadgets, spins too slowly.  Gotta  love preheat and MV. let the lights keep my meter spinning.

So the OCV is the same as the mains like a series choke (120V in your case). So for what the transformer is intended?

The working of it is not same as series choke, but same as CWA. The isolation means that the primary of the ballast is an isolated coil

Well BC bothers me since it makes a religious reference and I'm not religious. There I said it.

Nice street light!

I like all kinds of lighting, except for LED, which I classify as a disease.

I just noticed this has external slip-fitter bolts. A feature I wish more lights had. I find they're easier to install. Set yourself up with the end of the arm at about waist level, make the wiring connections to the light with the head upside down on the arm, then install the door, latch the light, rotate it back to operating position, and tighten the bolts accordingly. Not once do you need to look up into the light or hold your hands over your head.
