These are Holophane highmast lights. I also love these glasses. RIDOT had a few highmast installations using these same glasses. The lights were also Holophane. To my knowledge, Holophane was the only one to make drop lens high masts. At that height, I'm not sure you'd want a drop lens. Those drop lens highmasts spread light for acres upon acres lol.

The ones here were 400W HPS or 1000W MH depending on the installation. At ~100ft mounting height they do shine for quite a distance.

Probably super bright! Although its an overkill to use a high mast fixture as a yard light.
