Cooper/Crouse-Hinds OVX, 400W/M59 cobra-head.
Found this at a local salvage store that is affiliated with Habitat for Humanity. (They're like an over sized Restore.) This luminaire appears to have limited hours of use, and the ballast looks almost new (the luminaire was covered in wood dust when I bought it). It came with a GE MVR400/U,(ED37) that barely fit, but the luminaire now has a Philips MH400/U/ED28 lamp installed.

Aw come on, I have been trying to find one of these for years! (A metal halide OVX used to be my most wanted fixture). I wish stuff like this would show up at my Restore. What's the name of the place you got this at? I just want to try and find out if there are any in my area.

Any machine is a smoke machine if you operate it wrong enough.
