Looks like it might be a Regent. I remember my parents had one in our backyard at our old house. Plus my neighbor across the street has one but it's not used anymore.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

I have a second one but I bought it at a different location. I have another one just like it and it says Itt as the brand name. The 400 watt metal halide shoebox lights are made by Kim Lighting.

I'd say Regent NEMA head. Looks just like the one Subway showed on one of his videos:

What if I told you you could save 100% of your street lighting budget? Don't believe me? Buy an LED street light and run it for a week. the results will leave you in awe. (Aaaaaaand maybe wondering why you swapped that 70w SON)

If you look closely, you'll notice the black photocell receptacle under the photocell. Regent never made them with that feature. Regent used a recessed (into the cast housing) photocell receptacle which can only be seen with the photocell removed. This design from Regent, has been copied by all of those Chinese made barnlight manufacturers. (I have a very cheaply made barnlight from Lithonia (made in China), that has the originally designed McGraw-Edison, later Regent Lighting photocell socket...piece of junk...thinking of giving it to my local ReStore.)

Ahhhhh... I'm not as well versed with American NEMA heads so that's something I totally missed lol
