This lantern also bears resemblance to the Thorn Alpha 1 which is a rather popular 90w SOX street lamp from the past. The Alpha 1 doesnt have any internal gear though.

What I find to be interesting is that a lot of people in the gallery don't like HPS, but for some reason, LPS appeals to them--myself included!

LPS is SOOO much better then HPS I LOVE the color when warming up, and the color when it's warmed up too!

No just in LPS,the lens is plasic and just designed for LPS.
