Here is one of the heavier fixtures without the reflector. This one F90T12 was real hard to start, and took over 5 minutes to brighten up. I guess this one of the group didn't get used in many years.

Nice fixture!

Collecting lamps is a side hobby but I think it's cool nonetheless.

Cool find!
That thing looks built solid, and like it weighs a ton
Plus that ballast looks massive? Bigger than a F96 VHO?

Colored Fluorescent's such as F40T12 Red or  Green or Blue are awesome...

I've never seen such a huge fluorescent lamp with such a high wattage rating, 240W. 5 stars for this unusual astronomical wattage (Neither part of the world have fluorescent lamps over 125W).
Here in Israel, the highest wattage was 110W in T12 (F96T12 -HO). In the UK it was the 125W T12.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

I think that '240' is a mistake. Wouldn't that be 84w for the T12?

May all the great lighting technologies have their place in history.

I referenced to total fixture wattage. But yes, these tubes are 84 watt energy saving lamps.

What can i say, I'm a sucker for Westinghouse lamps!

I didn't know that. Also I see that this is a fixture for two lamps.
