Very nice! These are nice lights though I think they weren't built quite as well as Westinghouse and GE lights.

No LED gadgets, spins too slowly.  Gotta  love preheat and MV. let the lights keep my meter spinning.

Well the reason it's loose is probably because it's a replacement ballast. HID ballasts come in all shapes and sizes unlike fluorescent ballasts which are fairly standardized in size. For a new glass, I'd email AEL here. Tell than that you want to order a replacement glass refractor for the Series 125 luminaire. (the lights you have are Model 25s but the Model 25 was replaced by the Model 125 in the 80s. the 125 uses the same glassware as the 25 did so the lens is an exact drop-in replacement. They're like $75 though for a replacement glass lens.
