It will get brighter when it drips burning plastic into the bed below it. Its an Ebay-class LED lamp. Was this sold somewhere locally ?

I don't know where my mother bought it, but the manufacturer in the package described as "קאפו הייטק" and it branded "רשתות תאורה".

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

Reshatot are importing some of the worst lighting on the market. But i did not yet expect them bringing in the dangerous sort of stuff.....That is a whole new level now...
