The idiots in Carmel hospital, replaced the good old Moshe Shaltiel clone of the Steinitz green floodlight for 400W MH floodlights (One modded to CFL before) to cheapee NISKO LED floodlights, at Thursday 5/11/2015.
I never seen them in operation, so I don't know their color. But I know that the lighting levels reduced while the glare increased, based on their size amongst other things.
The maintenance person said me that they aren't the ones that decided to move to LED, but upper officials.

If you haven't seen them lit they prolly already failed.

They aren't failed. These floodlights operated, like their formers, by an unadjustable astronomical clock, which turns them off, when there is a very little light.

Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

Update: From the phosphor color in the picture, I'm sure that they have a daylight bluish white color.
