The date on his ballast is Q3 1998. That is bloody recent for an SRS ballast - This is not the original ballast in this lantern. The newest SRS i got is from 1989 and is built on the older Core A design

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.
