Link to the company that installed these toys.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

@Powergroove: These are indeed maintenance free: Regardless of what is the lifespan of the LED fixtures, most of them are maintenance free, since it is impossible to repair them in the case of failure, as the LEDs can't be replaced, and in the cheapest one, the driver also can't be replaced or will be too expensive than the initial cost of the lanterns.

My mother said, that in Israel, new things operates good only for short time, than begins to do many problems and aren't being maintenanced well. An example, is the Metronit Bus Rapid Transit system. There are numerous problem with the public address system and its displays of the next station and current station of the buses. When the buses was new, it would speak in three languages (Hebrew, English and Arabic), now it only speak in Hebrew and have a very slow respond time. The displays for the next bus lines at the stations also have problems: Sometimes not displaying information at all, or not working, some don't displays all the next bus lines. In the opening of the Metronit BRT system, they were completely intact. The same is with LED lanterns.

Update: I think once again that these installed by Juganu, despite not appearing on their website, as the second LED installation of Big-Center Qiryat Ata, looks for sure like Juganu.
