Blue Light Hazard for Fourth of July

Blue Light Hazard for Fourth of July

Click to view full size image

Part of the Feit Electric "4th of July" 2-pack of bulbs (red and blue) on sale at Lowe's, June 2017. These are clear glass with clear LED filaments (no phosphor). As you might expect, they produce a lot of UV light as well so they look similar to an actinic/blacklight fluorescent. Absolutely beautiful indigo-blue color but painful to look at directly unless extremely dimmed (they are listed as dimmable).

Are these NUV or UV LED filaments? This looks just like blue or deep blue LED filaments. What is the peak wavelength of these LED filaments?
