Nice! Prague has ~700 gas mantle lanterns in the Old Town installed. AFAIK Germany is still gas lighting king with many thousands of them.

I've never seen a gas light of any type in use where I'm at. I seriously doubt there are any around here. Even in the cities/towns

Colored Fluorescent's such as F40T12 Red or  Green or Blue are awesome...

Same with me the other way round, I had relatives who emigrated in the 60's (ten pound poms..!) and I'm sure some of them must still be around somewhere, although we lost touch ages ago, so no idea where any of them are now
