They're Russian made, as I recall, crude but reliable. They could be packaged at Tesla (imported bulbs (ampoules)), or even imported as a complete product and just re-branded. Mine lasted for 15 years (3 tubes), and is still working! Are you sure they are argon? Mine light up red-orange, meaning they're actually the old, faster blinking, neon-filled type.

Sorry for late answering.I was busy but when i turn them on they light on blue color.I found Tesla SF2 plastic starter same as SF8 on forum.

New lighting technologies is a pity fest everywhere you look. From LEDs that last only for two months, to a never-ending global starvation of t8 fluorescent tubes.
We shall reinforce ourselves with good old full mercury t12s and HIDs made to surpass one's life, and give them all the middle finger ;

Yes these are filled with Argon Ar and they light in blue color
