Early GE electronic ballast before they went multivolt in 2006 I think
This ballast has run for over 120,000 hours 24/7 running F25T8s and probably never saw EOL lamps since the store was group relamped

Hmm wow that's a long time! I notice that older electronic T8 ballasts aren't usually rated for smaller T8s, just F32s and sometimes F25s (and F40s in this case).

Yes it still works, out of 20 only 2 had replacement ballasts the other half of the store is 277V for some reason!this was victim to phillips instantfit led tubes with a new advance ballast
