All of the 250W HPS lanterns at Tchernikhovski street, has been replaced with LEDs, and now only few HPS remained there. The lanterns are the same Vizulo Stroke Little Brothers , that rush the road of Moriya Boulevard street (but with lower lumen rating). These lanterns replaced AEG/Philips Stradasole 530, two Thorn Alpha 2000 with Venture HG free HPS lamps, and lots of Grechi Lumada.
The new lanterns have 11,600lm while Philips SON-T 250W have 28,000lm . The result is less visibility on the street, since the lanterns have less lumens but much more candelas than the former 250W lanterns.

Update: Yesterday, when I passed Tchernikhovski street during my way back to my hostel, I've seen that they have already several EOLEDs.

I"m don't speak english well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I hope that LED won't replace all forms of other light

Lol @ EOLEDs already.

It looks like they're using lumens (11600 sticker) instead of system watts!

Here in Israel (And I don't know if this is a global trend), in LED products, the lumens are more bolded than the wattage, compared to the regular lamps. Gaash doing this as well with their Venus lanterns, as well as Schreder with their Teceo lanterns. The companies tends to state the lumens of the product by figures of up to X lumens, while the rated wattage is often lower or higher than the actual one.
