So, since two of the three 8 foot tanning bed lamps I had now are broken, I decided to keep one cathode for myself. Quiet a high glass mount. The filament is really thick too. The filament is triple coil too.

This not looks like triple coiled filament, but a regular double coiled filament. A triple coil filament looks like this .

I"m don't speak english well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I hope that LED won't replace all forms of other light

I called it triple coiled, because it has a hard tungsten core INSIDE the filament. I found it out only a few minutes ago as I dissected the filament, pretty odd.

New lighting technologies is a pity fest everywhere you look. From LEDs that last only for two months, to a never-ending global starvation of t8 fluorescent tubes.
We shall reinforce ourselves with good old full mercury t12s and HIDs made to surpass one's life, and give them all the middle finger ;
