Working Mercury Underpass lights!

Picture taken on 12/21/18 from moving car. These are the only working ones on the 60 that light up the freeway. There's plenty of working ones that light up roads though. There's only one working one on the 10, and that's the one on Vernon Ave. Yes the look like green fluorescents lol.

what do the fixtures look like? Are they just large recessed cans or do they actually have a bit of an oval shape? I've seen some older gas station lights that are oval like this, but much shorter. I'm guessing these are so drawn out because of the longer exposure time?

Yeah they're basically recessed cans with a refractor. Yep.
