Repaired parking lot light

Repaired parking lot light

This is in a parking lot I go by frequently. I like the fact that it is still mercury vapor, and older looking. There is also another light in the parking lot that still has both of its original arms.

Nice! These ae 125s are 80s or newer but the pole is much older. Very odd to see clear mv lamps used!

Odd setup, but hey, it works! That's a Union Metal pole, and it's missing its pole top.

Good quality things are awesome. Cheaply made things are not.

There could have been a remote ballast attached to the top of the pole originally. That was a very common thing here in RI, although the poles were almost always aluminum.

Thanks for the info. I will have to get a picture of the other light like this there, and see if it has a pole top or not. I thought they looked older as they are still Mercury Vapor.
