I don't recall where i got this, originally thought it was EOL but I tossed it on some gear to test it to use as a map light and it actually works...

This is literally the exact same kind I own as well, but I use it on a HPF Trigger Start ballast. It's also got blackened ends, but
works like nothing is wrong so far. Provides the longest start up flicker out of all of my F15T12's.

3. Severe Thunderstorms of all kinds

Preheat and T-12 fluorescents forever! Down with LED's and instant start T-8 fluorescents.
