That's actually the first generation M-400A FCO.

Current: US 120v 60hz
Power provider: Southern California Edison (SCE)

-Date decoder of some US lamps 1960-present.
-I'll save any vintage lamp... dead or alive! Smiley

Nope...socket is on the house side and this luminaire has a bail latch.

Your mission - should you choose to except it - is to save unique and rare HID lighting before it's all scrapped.

Update: the fixture stopped working and is starting to fall apart more.

Old lighting is, and will always be, the best lighting.

Any more things missing on it? Is it a city street or a private lot?

Not yet but the reflector looks like it's about to come off.

This is a Caltrans owned streetlight.

Old lighting is, and will always be, the best lighting.
