New old stock. It sat on the shelf for weeks until I finally had a chance with a cashier who never overcharged me. Most days a chubby old lady works there and she would charge me $20!

Nice. I got the coated version recently. It was only labeled at $2, but I didn't even notice the price until after I paid and the cashier had let me have it for $0.50. I did let them know after, and they didn't want to charge the extra.

Sylvanias with blue glass? Only GE and Westinghouse had them.

May all the great lighting technologies have their place in history.

I have one of these too!

Your mission - should you choose to except it - is to save unique and rare HID lighting before it's all scrapped.

You got to find the right cashier to allow leeway on buying used stuff

Pretty, please no more Chinese failure.

Full frame lamp. Most impressive.

Keep government out of the lighting industry.

The build quality is so nice I thought this beautiful merc was made at least in the mid to late 70s

I love the build quality of the early 1970s Sylvania mercs- I need to get one !!!

Anyway, This is a Beautiful find 👍.
