I think I got this from Seattle City Light circa 2009 when I attended a utility assistance summit for work. It lived in my mom's kitchen recessed light for a long time and you can see the deterioration & discoloration from heat. But it still works though one tube end is visibly black & blue when lit so it's probably near EOL. I was surprised it lasted so long.

With that base and the size of the spiral, I would almost assume 1999...
