One of the filaments got separated. The etch is almost impossible to see but can be made out. I don't know any of it's specs or what model it is. Very rare lamp tho.

If it has 2 filaments, it could have been used in a tail light that gets brighter when the brake pedal is pushed. Is the shorter filament broken?

Don't be fooLED, T8 IS the worst thing to do to a magnetic T12 fixture.

I'd say that is a headlight bulb, I've seen them in pre-sealed beam applications such as model T's
