Wow! That's an amazing find These were made in Trois Rivieres, Quebec not too far from Montreal, one of my favorite cities. I wonder if these are intended to be bug lights as yellow/gold light does not attract flying insects.

Philips DuraMax and GE Miser forever!  Classic incandescents are the best incandescents! Stop the lamp bans!
