Looks like a OSRAM VIALOX NAV-T (SON-T) Lamp, example for the Super (SON-T/Plus) version see HERE.

I don't think so. The frame looks a bit different than in your lamp. Also this isn't a super HPS lamp, as Kiryat Ata don't buys super HPS lamps anymore, but only regular SON lamps.
In my picture of Osram NAV(SON)-T 150W , the frame also looks different.
As there is no etch visible on this lamp, I think this looks like some generic Chinese lamp.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

Yes I se the difference in the Photo, in your link, anyway as most High Pressure Sodium are now mad in China it is very difficult to Identify them, unless you can clearly see the etch, or the Construction of the Arc Tube Support. but I still say the Closest is a Chinese made OSRAM Vialox NAV-T (SON-T) Lamp

The lamp is my link is also Chinese made Osram Vialox NAV(SON)-T 150W lamp. I don't think that the frame differs between individual lamps with the large companies.

I defiantly don't think this is Osram but it does look cheap and i wouldn't expect a long life from it.
