Sylvania step dimming ballast, kinda neat And I wish I had a practical use for it, also never seen a wiring diagram showing yellow leads shorted for single lamp use. This does have EOL protection

The Fulham is unfortunately not running lamps bright at all, it's drawing a whimpy 50W for 2xF32T8 when it reality it should be nearly 90W since it's 430mA high ballast factor

0.6A on 120V is 72 watts. I see High Power Factor but don't see high ballast factor on there. Cool Looking label nonetheless.
